For those of you who are reading this, chances are you already know everything there is to know about the BMW M6 Coupe. I don't have to tell you that you have 500hp at your disposal, that the vehicle is controlled by a 7-speed SMG transmission, that acceleration times are in the mid 4's or the fact that the roof is made out of carbon fiber.

The SMG Transmission offers both manual and automatic driving modes, and although it is by definition a manual transmission (no torque converter), its clutch is electronically controlled, such that there's no clutch pedal. Drivers can use either steering column-mounted paddles or the shift lever to change gears in manual mode. Unlike other systems, SMG allows you to alter the quickness of the shifts, and in its most aggressive shift program, it's said to be faster than Ferrari's F1 setup.
